“For Peat’s Sake”

The name is a play on words since the featured spirit(Oban 14) is a Scotch whiskey with a peat flavor.

This is a Penicillin style cocktail featuring Oban 14, lemon juice, Ginger syrup, and peach tea honey syrup served in a rocks glass with a 2X2 cube and garnished with a peach slice and cherry.

“Midnight Advice”

Manhattan style cocktail featuring Hennessy VS and Hennessey XO, Averna, and 2 dashes of Walnut bitters served up and chilled in a coupe, garnished with a charred cinnamon stick and cherry
