PROJECT BBQ

Project BBQ is the Fremont Street Experiences’ only permanent food truck and its first elevated, West Coast barbecue joint. Relax in the “back yard” while you feast on freshly smoked backyard BBQ, including the signature BBQ Pork Belly Mac N Cheese – creamy, cheesy elbow noodles topped with diced, caramelized BBQ Pork Belly.

The brand new BBQ Pork Belly Mac N Cheese is made to order, with creamy cheesy elbow noodles topped with diced caramelized BBQ pork belly. Wash that down with a specialty Grilled Lemonade, made with fresh grilled lemons every day. Try it in all three flavors and you’ll never go back to traditional lemonade.

Enjoy the sights and savory BBQ Flavors from Fremont Street’s only front yard experience. Go hog wild for your next event, gathering or special occasion just steps outside the front door of Circa Resort and Casino. This space is great for groups of up to 100 people, and those looking to be steps away from Circa Bar, Main Street stage, and all the action Fremont Street has to offer!
