The Plaza
The Plaza sets off fireworks every Friday in summer, but the big annual July 4th fireworks show will kick off at 9pm on Friday. Fireworks will shoot off from multiple locations on the hotel rooftop, with explosions high above the west end of the Fremont Street Experience, lending to an exciting night of celebrations and beautiful fireworks. Caesars Palace
If you’re on The Strip, Caesars Palace will light up the city with a spectacular fireworks display on Saturday, July 4. Caesars Entertainment’s 2026 Fourth of July page confirms an America250 fireworks series with select shows launching directly from Caesars Palace and Planet Hollywood, with Saturday night fireworks at 9 p.m. throughout the summer and a full-Strip spectacle over Independence Day weekend.
Heritage Park
For fans of live music and fireworks, the free Heritage Park 4th of July celebration is the place for you! This celebration will feature great food, family games, a foam party for kids, and live entertainment from featured artist Tony Jackson, with fireworks at the finale. Weenies & Bikinis Hot Dog Eating Contest
Nothing really beats a summer holiday like hot dogs and lounging at the pool. Don’t miss the 3rd Annual Weenies and Bikinis hot dog eating contest at 4pm. This event will feature contestants in All-American Jobee swimwear, who’ll compete to eat the most American Coney Island hot dogs in five minutes for prizes – including $2,500 for the champion! 4th of July Night Swim at Stadium Swim®
Celebrate the 4th of July under a sky filled with dazzling fireworks at Stadium Swim. The Independence Day Night Swim takes place on Saturday, July 4 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and includes complimentary admission, a SPTLGHT DJ lineup featuring L-Rich, Sol Ember, DJ Skye, Avio, and Richy Rozay, plus a live fireworks display beginning at 9 p.m.
Star-Spangled Glamour at Legacy Club

On Friday, July 4, catch an exciting performance as part of the 2026 Downtown Rocks Concert Series. Country music star George Birge will perform a free concert at the Fremont Street Experience to kick off the long weekend, bringing his spirit to the stage. Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade
Not all the 4th of July fun happens at night with fireworks. Nothing really beats a patriotic parade on the 4th of July, and the Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade is one of the best, celebrating America’s 250th birthday. The activities start off at 9am for a day of fun filled with impressive parade floats, giant balloons, big performances, and tributes to military heroes will make for a celebration to remember.
Boulder City Damboree
Want a full day of Independence Day fun? Take a drive over to Boulder City for the 78th annual Damboree. This day will include the Damboree’s iconic pancake breakfast starting at 7am, a patriotic flyover and parade at 9am, festivities at Veterans Memorial Park including food, games, and a water park, live music from DJ Mike Pacini, and much more throughout the day! To round out the day, fireworks will light up the sky at 9pm.
Lake Las Vegas
Celebrate Independence Day on the water with the Lake Las Vegas annual Fireworks Paddle. On July 4, guests can rent illuminated paddleboards, kayaks, or electric boats to enjoy a one-of-a-kind view of the fireworks show from the middle of the lake. The paddle begins at 7:30pm to catch the dazzling fireworks display at 9pm, making this a serene way to watch the sky light up over the picturesque village backdrop.
