Project BBQ is serving St. Patrick’s Day flavor in unique ways. The Corned Beef Sandwich features thinly sliced smoked corned beef brisket, finished with house‑made mustard and crisp pickles. The Irish Stew offers a hearty, traditional blend of slow‑cooked brisket and rustic potatoes in a rich, velvety broth.
