“Casino owner Derek Stevens has talked a lot in recent months about downtown’s newest resort, Circa Las Vegas. Today, he reflected on its oldest, the Golden Gate, which is celebrating its 115th anniversary this week. Stevens and his brother, Greg, own both Fremont Street properties. ‘The Golden Gate’s address is 1 Fremont Street,’ Stevens said. ‘It’s the oldest building in Las Vegas. I think that’s pretty cool. I feel fortunate that I get to be a part of it a little bit.’
